  • You will have a designated workout space to ensure physical distancing from other boot campers.

  • We sanitize all equipment throughout the session, including after each person uses it. In addition, all frequently-touched surfaces and restrooms are cleaned several times a day.
  • ​At the end of each day, the entire facility is fogged with a fine mist of powerful, disinfectant that kills germs, bacteria, and other harmful microorganisms on everything the fog touches.

Where is Fit Body Boot Camp?
The program will be featured at Lexington Fit Body Boot Camp location.

 When does the program start? 
Once you register, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule an orientation and your first workout. You cannot start until you are scheduled ahead of time.
 What are the sessions times? 
The sessions are only 30 minutes so even those with the busiest schedule can find time to workout.

Monday - Friday
5:00am, 5:45am, 6:30am, 8:15am, 4:30pm, 5:15pm, 6:00pm 
No 6:00pm on Friday.

Saturday
8:00am, 9:00am
 What will be required of me? 
We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week.
 Who is the program for? 
People at any fitness level can participate in this challenge.

Our coaches can modify each workout to fit your specific needs, including prior injuries or specific dietary needs. 

Participants range from athletes looking to maintain weight to those that have 100 or more pounds to lose. 

All are welcome at Fit Body Boot Camp.
I haven't exercised in a long time. Can I still participate?
